Our company is aware of the importance of qualified employees. Our team members are not a machinery spare part. We do not replace any employee against any cheaper work force. Our team members are valuable for us. A value occurs with ethic values and the capacity of value constitution.

We can not expect the highest performance of a human by just giving orders. We work with people who manage themselves / learn to manage themselves. These people develop and plan projects which carries our company to further goals, find and apply resources.

We do care about the personal improvement of our employees. Because only people who improve themselves do not need to be managed and can conclude an extraordinary performance. We are aware of that our team members can not improve by class trainings. Therefore, we assign them into projects where they can improve themselves; and enable them to learn during the execution of the project. For us; talent, capability, knowledge, ethics, sense of responsibility, hardworking and self-discipline is important, not certificates.

The families of our team members are our families. We share their joys and sorrows. If there is anything which will make the family members happy or will stop their sorrow, we do what is to be done.
